What Can Felpreva® Treat?

Felpreva® offers your cat full parasite protection with a single dose. It treats and prevents fleas, controls paralysis ticks (Ixodes holocyclus) for up to 13 weeks, and is effective against ear mites, roundworms, lungworms, hookworms, and tapeworms.

How Does It Work?

Felpreva® features a unique combination of three active ingredients:

  • Tigolaner: A new active ingredient that provides long-lasting protection, offering up to 13 weeks of defense against fleas and paralysis ticks (Ixodes holocyclus) and effectively combats ear mites.
  • Emodepside: Treats roundworms, lungworms, and hookworms.
  • Praziquantel: Effective in treating tapeworms.

Usage Frequency

Felpreva®’s extended efficacy provides three months of protection against fleas and paralysis ticks. For adult cats, regular deworming every three months is generally recommended, meaning that most adult cats only need four doses of Felpreva® per year for complete parasite protection.†
