Shipping Policy

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders will be processed within 2 -3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). When your order is shipped, you will receive another notification.

Domestic Shipping and Estimates

For the calculated shipping cost:the shipping cost of your order will be determined according to the size and distance of the product you purchased. You can add the product you want to buy to the shopping cart, and the system will automatically generate the shipping cost based on the distance and weight.

Free shipping during special events:For free shipping during special events, your shipping will be automatically deducted at checkout

Dometic Shipping Rate

1: For products Over $69: Your shipping fee will be automatically deducted at checkout, because our products purchase over $69 can be exempted from postage, but only in VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD,SA. (Metro Area ONLY)

2: For products Under $69: You will be charged $7.95 for shipping,but only in VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD,SA. (Metro Area ONLY)

3: For Remote Area - VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD,SA: You will be charged from $7.95 for shipping. It is mainly determined by the weight of your product, usually it will be viewed in the shopping cart or checkout page.

4: For WA,TAS area: You will be charged from $7.95 for shipping. It is mainly determined by the weight of your product, usually it will be viewed in the shopping cart or checkout page.

Due to the impact of global COVID-19 on transportation, your goods may receive delays, and our delivery time is 3-15 days. We will contact you via SMS at the phone number you provided during checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Pick Up From Store Service

No minimum spend, no shipping fees

Our warehouse is open for pickups from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Our team will prepare your order within 1-2 business days, and you'll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.

International Shipping

Due to the global COVID-19, our delivery has been delayed. Therefore, we temporarily cancel the international shipping service. At present, the delivery of goods is limited to Australia. When our service resumes, we will notify you by email.

How can I check the status of my order

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that can be used to check its status. Please wait 48 hours for tracking information to be available.

If you do not receive your order within 3 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@myrainbowpets.com.au and provide your name and order number, and we will investigate for you.

What if I am not at home during delivery

Our delivery time is 10-5pm from Monday to Friday, which depends on different freight companies. Usually you will check the latest product transportation process in your mail. If you are not at home when you deliver the product, your product will be If it is temporarily returned or placed in a safe place, please contact us as soon as possible via email contact@myrainbowpets.com.au. We will also help you arrange the second delivery as soon as possible. If the second delivery also fails, your product may be returned. You need to pay the postage again to get it. In order to avoid this happening, please inform us of your schedule in advance. If you want to put the goods in a safe area, please also inform us at checkout or send an email to contact@myrainbowpets.com.au.

 

If there is any damage to your order when it arrives, please send us an email via contact@myrainbowpets.com.au as soon as possible, and attach your order number and a photo of the condition of the product.
